Diagnostic Tests - Women
In addition to ovarian hormone function testing and a uterine cavity and tubal patency test, several diagnostic tests can be performed to pinpoint the cause of infertility in women. We may recommend a hysterosalpingogram. If we find anything abnormal with the uterus, ovaries, or fallopian tubes, we may recommend further diagnostic or treatment options such as ultrasound, sonohysterogram, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, or tubal surgery.
