Uterine Cavity and Tubal Patency Testing

There are two commonly used diagnostic tools for examining a woman's uterus and/or fallopian tubes for abnormalities of the uterus, tumours of the uterine cavity, scar tissue, or blockages of the fallopian tubes.

It's essential to know the condition of the fallopian tubes - if they're completely blocked, sperm will be unable to reach the egg to fertilize it. Sperm must have access to the egg and be able to reach the open end of the fallopian tube after fertilization. If the fallopian tubes are damaged but not completely blocked, sperm may be able to reach the egg, but the early embryo is more likely to be trapped in the damaged tube.

"My husband and I couldn't face our relations and friends who for four years were always asking us why we didn't have a child. Then we met Dr. Roth, who advised us on how to overcome irregular periods and unbearable pain to be able to have a baby. We followed his advice. He worked hard and showed a great deal of patience with our situation. We are now parents of a beautiful baby girl. We recommend Dr. Roth to our community without hesitation."
